Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

ZeroPhone keeps what you set up on your phone. There is no account, no sign-up, no ads, and no tracking. The only information that leaves your phone is the record of your subscription or purchase, so the app can tell whether you have access.

What we collect

Only what is needed to handle purchases. ZeroPhone has no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email, contacts, location, browsing, or how you use the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

You buy ZeroPhone through Apple’s App Store, and Apple handles the payment under its own privacy terms. We never see your payment details.

To check whether your subscription or lifetime purchase is active, ZeroPhone uses RevenueCat, a subscription service that processes this information on our behalf. RevenueCat receives your purchase history from the App Store, a random identifier it creates for your copy of the app (not linked to your name or email), and basic technical details: your device model, iOS version, app version, App Store country and currency, language, and when you last opened the app. Like any internet service, it also sees the IP address the request comes from. RevenueCat stores this information in the United States.

We use this information only to give you access to what you bought, to prevent purchase fraud, and to see totals such as how many people subscribe. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never combined with information from other apps or websites.

If you bought ZeroPhone before it moved to subscriptions, your phone confirms that with Apple so your purchase stays unlocked. That check is between your phone and Apple, and nothing about it is sent to us.

What stays on your device

Your launcher apps, blocking settings, blocking hours and places, the reasons you write, the activities you complete, and your progress all live on your phone. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Removing the app removes them.

Location

ZeroPhone uses your location for two optional features, and asks for access only when you set one of them up. Your location is never sent to us, and you can change or turn off access at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

Blocking places. If you add places where apps should be blocked, ZeroPhone needs location access set to Always, so blocking can turn on when you arrive and off when you leave, even while the app is closed. Your iPhone watches for those arrivals and departures and tells ZeroPhone only which of your places you are in. The places you save stay on your phone, and ZeroPhone keeps no record of where you have been. When you add a place, the map opens at your current location, and any place you search for is looked up by Apple Maps under Apple's privacy terms.

Weather. If you show weather on the clock widget, your phone fetches the forecast from Apple Weather for your current location or a city you pick, and looks up the name of that location through Apple. Those requests are handled by Apple under its own privacy terms. The location used for weather is kept on your phone so the widget can refresh, and is never sent to us.

No tracking, no ads

ZeroPhone contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no usage measurement. Nothing about you is sold, and the purchase information described above is used only to run your subscription.

Children

ZeroPhone does not ask anyone, of any age, for personal information. The purchase information described above is the same for every user.

Your rights

Raag Consulting OÜ is responsible for this information. You can ask us for a copy of the purchase information held for your copy of the app, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Deleting it does not cancel a subscription: you can cancel at any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under your Apple Account.
